Annual Association Dues

 Amount Due: $100.00 by February 28, 2023

Homeowners:

Annual dues for 2023 will be due at the end of February. Please remember that all common properties within the subdivision that must be maintained are financed 100% through the collection of annual dues. As outlined in the annual budget provided to all homeowners prior to our annual fall meeting property taxes, liability insurance, lawn care for the entrance and lake, administration expenses for mailings and filings, utilities, general maintenance and lake maintenance are all paid for out of these dues.

All homeowners owning property in the Widewater Subdivision are required to pay the annual assessed dues* per the declared covenants and the Georgia Property Owners’ Association Act. A copy of the covenants is available on our website at http://widewaterhoa.com. Please mail payments to the address on the Contact Us page.

*When a property account balance falls $500.00 in arrears, a lien will be issued against the property to protect the financial interests of all members–see WWHOA Covenants Article V Section 1.
