The following upgrades/improvements/repairs are under consideration for 2018:

With the recovery of the housing market, we are all benefitting from the increased value of our homes, as recent sale prices of homes in Widewater reflect. Please help us to protect these increased values, as well as being good neighbors, by adhering to both Coweta County Codes and Widewater Homeowners’ Association Covenants. In particular, please do not allow general clutter, old appliances, and building materials to accumulate on your property. All vehicles and trailers should be licensed. If you were not given a copy of our covenants at closing, you can obtain one at our website: widewaterhoa.com

NEW: Join in with the community on our very own private Facebook group facebook.com/groups/widewater.newnan/ Our group allows us to communicate with each other about anything going on in our neighborhood. Lost dog? Having a garage sale? Connecting with neighbors? Community Events and Updates? You can find it all here!

We would like to extend a special thanks to Tom Golden who stepped down from the Board in 2017 for his many years of service. Thank you Tom!

Please do not hesitate to contact your Board with any of your questions or concerns.

Best,
Larry Burns – President
John Cook – Vice-President
Jeff Dykes – Treasurer
Jon Geilen – Secretary
