Our annual meeting will be Saturday, October 10, 10:00 am, at the front entrance. The following is the agenda:
- Brief review of past year by the Board
- Brief summary of coming year by the Board
- Presentation of 2021 budget by our Treasurer
- Questions answered on budget
- Vote on 2021 budget
- Board election of 2021 officers
- General question and answer session
We presently have the Secretary position open on the Board. The meeting will last less than an hour depending on the number of questions asked at the end. The general question and answer session is placed at the end, so those who do not have any questions can leave at their leisure.
